Subject: newsletter submission deadlines

Ben, Gary,

I've had a change of mind concerning this subject.

30 days prior to the next meeting seems to fit better in with what you, Ben, were recommending. I withdraw the notion "by the 1st of the month" which I suggested.

I will make a post script change in the chapter minutes if this meets with your approval.

Peace,

Keith

Kieth, 30 days gives the newsletter editor an extra 10 to 12 days. Either
time frame would work but, 30 days is more realistic. I very much apreciate
your attention to detail. your friend, Ben
