No old business. No new business.

Dave Scroggins announced he will be going to the Associate’s Seminar. He was asked to give a report at the next chapter meeting about this event.

Interestly enough the technical presentation started right away after the business meeting. This consisted of Bob Scheer demonstrating the Bill Spurlock method of key rebushing.

There was a set of grand keyarms already in motion with some bushings removed, some waiting to be removed and some partially replace. With Bob the ease of the job using Spurlock’s cauls was self evident. Glue of choice was hot hide glue.

This technical showed that key rebushing isn’t difficult at all for someone willing to purchase the necessary tools, and willing to take the time. The end results are quite extraordinary as opposed to wobbly keys.

Eleven persons and one dog were in attendance: Bob Qualls, Nathan Sobel, David & Barbara Bonham, Norman Cantrell, Ben Davis, Greg Lynch, Keith McGavern, Bob Scheer, Shem Taggart, Dave Scroggins and Lady
